This is a risk free, no commitment meet and greet, so we can see what/if I can help you achieve your goals. Please fill out the intake form located on the homepage of my website prior to our meet and great. ***Remember, In agreeing to work with me as an outside consultant, there are fees that will be charged based on the options you choose before we begin working together.*** First and foremost, let's chat, so I can learn about you and your current situation. If I can not be of help with your current sports injury, then I will tell you honestly and openly, but this is our chance, to see what we can do working together to get you back on the field of play, healthy!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 12 hours in advance, or you will forfeit that particular scheduled consultation.
